Supported Housing for Young Families

Indigo Junction’s Family Service has 5 on-site supported housing units for families with parents under 25.

These fully self-contained independent units include 2-3 bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living space and a private courtyard, offering a safe and independent environment within a supported setting.

Family Support Workers are available 8:00AM-10:00PM, providing guidance and practical support. Our team works closely with residents to:

  • Build parenting and independent living skills
  • Develop tenancy knowledge and confidence
  • Create a pathway toward long-term, stable housing
  • Strengthen support networks and community connections

Transitional Housing for Families

Indigo Junction also provides community-based transitional properties to families of all ages and structures.

These homes provide safe and affordable housing to families who need time to heal and rebuild after homelessness or crisis. Each family is supported by a dedicated Housing Support Worker who works alongside them to develop a tailored pathway toward secure housing.

Support includes:

  • Goal planning and case management
  • Tenancy education and skill-building
  • Strengthening community connections
  • Referrals to specialist services, including health, education and employment support
