Karen Roberts is a seasoned executive leader who is passionate about working in direct service delivery organisations that support and build stronger communities. Karen is the Executive Director – Workforce at the Department of Education WA. In the past, she has held executive roles at the Department of Fire and Emergency Services, the WA Police and the University of Western Australia.
Karen became an Indigo Junction Board Director in 2017 and has been the Deputy Chair since 2019. She is also a member of the Risk Committee.
Karen holds a Master of Human Resources, Master of Public Policy and a Diploma in OHS and GAICD.
