James has extensive strategic, operational management and leadership experience in the health and community services sectors (Government and NFP). James is the Chief Operating Officer at Cyrenian House, a not-for-profit non-government organisation that delivers professional, ethical and effective Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Treatment Services. Other professional roles he has held include Director, Services Commissioning and Development at the Mental Health Commission of Western Australia and Principal Project Manager at the Department of Communities.
James joined Indigo Junction in 2023 as a Board Director and Finance Committee member.
He holds a Bachelor of Science and Psychology and a Graduate Certificate of Management.
