Dane Etheridge serves as Chair of the Indigo Junction Board, bringing more than twenty years of experience in strategic finance, governance and organisational leadership across the not-for-profit, higher education and professional services sectors.
Throughout his career, Dane has supported executive teams and boards in strategy development, investment decision-making and governance, with a strong focus on delivering sustainable financial and social outcomes.
Dane joined Indigo Junction as a Board Director in June 2024, initially serving as Treasurer before being appointed Board Chair in 2025. In this role, he leads the Board in shaping strategic direction and advancing Indigo Junction’s mission within the community.
He is a Certified Practising Accountant, Chartered Company Secretary and Chartered Financial Analyst, and holds a PhD in Corporate Finance as well as a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance.
