Dane brings twenty years experience in strategic finance, governance and organisational leadership across the not-for-profit, higher education and professional services sectors. He has supported executive teams and boards on strategy, investment decision-making and governance, with a strong focus on sustainable financial and social outcomes.
Dane joined Indigo Junction as a Board Director in June 2024, served as Treasurer, and was subsequently appointed Chair. As Chair, he leads the Board in guiding strategic direction and supporting its mission in the community.
He is a Certified Practising Accountant, Chartered Company Secretary and Chartered Financial Analyst, and holds a PhD in Corporate Finance and Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance.
