Carol Mirco serves as Vice Chair of the Indigo Junction Board, bringing extensive executive leadership experience across the healthcare sector, with deep expertise in governance, regulation and policy development. An accomplished non-executive director, Carol offers strong strategic leadership, negotiation, advocacy and representational skills.
Her career achievements were recognised with the Northern Territory 2003 TMP/Hudson Telstra Business Women of the Year Community and Government Award.
Carol joined Indigo Junction as a Board Director in 2022, currently chairs the Governance and Risk Committee, and has served as Vice Chair since 2025.
She holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Applied Anthropology, a Diploma of Governance, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Community Directors Australia.
