The Homeless Engagement, Assessment Response Team (HEART) is an outreach model that connects people sleeping rough or experiencing homelessness with immediate support and long-term housing pathways.
Based at the culturally safe and accessible Indigo Junction Karnany Engagement Hub, HEART provides:

Indigo Junction’s NPAH Housing Support Program assists people who are experiencing difficulty securing or maintaining stable accommodation.
