Connection Worker – Full Time

We are looking for two Connection Workers to provide frontline case management support to people in the community who are at risk or are experiencing homelessness. This role is part of a dedicated team based at the Karnany Resource Centre focusing on connecting clients and families with services that respond to their immediate and long-term needs. 

Housing Support Worker – Full Time

Indigo Junction are currently recruiting a Housing Support Worker to provide essential support to vulnerable people in the community to find suitable accommodation. This role works with clients to connect them in the community and develop tenancy skills that sustain long-term housing.

Financial Wellbeing Capability Worker – Part-Time

This role builds the capacity of individuals and families to improve their wellbeing by increasing their financial literacy and money management skills. It encourages people experiencing financial crisis to participate in workshops and money management one-on-one education sessions with the aim of building financial resilience.

Youth Worker Therapeutic High Needs Program – Full time

Indigo Junction are on the hunt for a Youth Worker in our Therapeutic High Needs Program. This role is an integral part of a multidisciplinary team providing supported 24/7 accommodation and related therapeutic support services for young people who have experienced complex trauma. This client centered program will work to empower young people towards growing confidence and independent life skills. 

Family and Youth Workers

Indigo Junction are currently recruiting for our Family and Youth Service teams to assist with case management and intensive support for young people and families located in our crisis and transitional accommodation. Casual relief shifts usually occur afternoon, nights and weekends.
